The hotel provided clear instructions for arrival. The interior design was modern and comfortable. Staff provided a great dinner recommendation, I found it particularly helpful. I appreciated the proximity to transport links, as it made exploring simple.

The front desk staff were kind. They were very attentive from check in to check out. Marco at the front desk was helpful. I appreciated the assistance with luggage storage upon early arrival.

The location is near the train and bus stations. This made travel very convenient. Tables and chairs outside provided a great evening spot. Transport to and from the airport was also easily accessible.

The breakfast offered very good food. The breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. I found the coffee to be especially good. Several options are available for breakfast, I found this to be satisfactory.

The staff provided a map and indicated key attractions upon arrival. All personnel were generally very pleasant. The hotel location was excellent and near the buses boats and train station. It supported smooth travel.
The room lock did not function correctly. A request to change rooms was denied. I asked for a refund and to leave but this was also rejected. I spent the first night anxious because the room was not secured.

i was allowed to leave my backpack after checking out. the receptionist showed me the main attractions on the map. he even gave me a nice gift at the end, charming!!!
the air conditioning made a short, terrible noise every three minutes when it was on.
